Casa Cova boasts the largest balconies of all three-bedroom units as well as the most central and unobstructed views. We have a dining table that seats up to eight, a canopy reading nook and built in bed with personal tv.

Our kitchen is stocked with everything from a smoothie maker to a full sized breakfast griddle, Keurig coffee maker to a Sous Vide. While each bedroom offers every comfort from Smart televisions to oscillating fans and tastefully curated decor.
The living room boasts a large sectional, chaise lounge, two swivel chairs and a 65-inch Smart TV. Our beachside balcony offers the most space and best views at Sapphire, along with comfortable chaise lounge and seating options. While our Bayside balcony has a stainless steel electric grille and a dining table with seating for more than 4 people and even amazing views of Space X launches and landings!

The Sapphire is conveniently located within minutes from restaurants, shopping plazas and also has direct beach access with a private boardwalk.
The City of South Padre Island offers free metro transportation and Uber/Taxis are also available. Some people prefer to walk, rent a bike or rent a golf cart to get around.

*Guests who book through VRBO and decide to cancel their reservation, will be charged a “RESERVATION CANCELLATION FEE” of 4% of the amount paid, regardless of when the reservation is cancelled.
Sapphire Policy during SPRING BREAK and HOLY WEEK 2025: "At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family."

Condo Rules:
-No Smoking of any kind, including vaping
-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A MAXIMUM of 8 guests permitted, this includes infants and children. NO Exceptions
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors.
-No pets allowed
-NO candles allowed in condo
-Unruly behavior will not be tolerated
-Failure to abide by Sapphire or house rules may result in fines and/or evictions.
Please note: Sapphire guests do not have access to the pool area at Margaritaville. The restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public.
You may purchase a resort access pass from Margaritaville if you would like access to their pool.
