WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
We invite you to enjoy our two-bedroom, two-bath vacation home across the street from the beach. As you walk in, you're met with the tropical decor of our lovely living room. It has plenty of seating and seats six with a coffee table in the middle. It's perfect for having a family game night or spending a quiet night swapping stories. You could even curl up for a movie night with the gang on the flat-screen TV.
The dining area can host up to six people. It has four chairs at the dining table and additional seating at the kitchen bar. Our fully equipped kitchen has ample counter space for whipping up a delicious homecooked meal with groceries from the local Blue Marlin grocery store.
The primary bedroom has glass sliding doors leading out to the balcony. Relax on the king-sized bed and watch TV on the flat screen. The convenient primary bath, with a shower/tub combo, also connects to the bedroom.
The guest bedroom has 1 full-sized bed and 1 twin-sized bed. The tropical guest bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Clean up after a sandy beach day, and use our stacked washer/dryer. Need a little extra space? Our vacation home has a sofa that opens up into a sofa sleeper.

-Pets are not allowed at this rental. Service animals are always welcome.
-Under HOA and rental-owner rules, this rental is unavailable to college-age Spring Break groups. Spring Break groups in neighboring properties may affect general noise levels.
-Access to this property requires the use of stairs.
