Enjoy grilling on the gas BBQ located on the balcony, while bringing your dog along for the adventure too!

Your family will love the vaulted ceilings in the spacious living room w/ sectional seating for all to sprawl out in front of the fireplace & watch the wall-mounted 50" HDTV. Play a round of shuffleboard in the living room, draw a bath in the large master bathroom, or sit out on the balcony to soak up the sun & fire up the gas grill.

With granite countertops, a large island, french door refrigerator with bottom freezer, a professional gas cooktop, dual ovens, and dishwasher, this is the perfect workspace to whip up a home cooked meal. There’s plenty of room for helping hands & 4 stools at the kitchen island. When your meal is hot and ready to be served the dining table is just steps away and seats 8. Enjoy an after-dinner beverage on the private balcony.

When you're ready for a good night's rest, you can relax in one of the 3 comfy bedrooms. Upstairs is the primary suite with a king bed, TV, & ensuite bathroom w/ bath tub & large walk-in shower. The downstairs suite has a king bed, TV, & ensuite bathroom w/ a shower/tub combo. The 3rd bedroom is upstairs w/ a twin-over full bunk bed. Upstairs hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Pets: 1 dog allowed w/ pre-approval (only dogs up to 35lbs), additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

Summer Stay
We stayed for 1 week in July. The property was very clean and organized. Nice location as well. Issues: Ice maker did not work for our entire stay. One of the kitchen drawers was broken was held together with aluminum foil. Front door handle to enter the property was broken for 2-3 days. Only 2 towels per bathroom provided. Our daughter rented a scooter on the first day and brought it back to the property. Parked it on the driveway while we were out. When we returned a female said no scooters allowed on property So we our daughter immediately moved it outside. We apologized. 4-5 days later we received a text message stating the digital contract stated no scooters on the property. So in between the first and 4-5th day someone on the property, I assume a homeowner, notified the property manager of the 'infraction'. This was entirely unnecessary and dare I say mean spirited. We acknowledged and apologized to her. The scooter was there for a few hours. The fact someone reported this days later left a bad impression on the stay. I'd suggest to others to review the contract with an attorney and have a family meeting to review the details with your children before staying so you aren't reported for violating the agreement (parked a scooter for a few hours). Be aware you are constantly being watched. Being watched and reported on while on vacation.
