The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Love the breakfast options at the Come Monday cafe! We especially love the close proximity to Heavenly Village and Gondola ride.

Convenient location, Got a suite had a sink and cabinets and fridge, separate bedroom and a living room with a pullout couch and a dining table for four. Large closet and desk perfect amount of storage space places to hang your coat convenient restaurant options. Very clean super friendly staff. Seems like valet was a bit short staffed at times which made things a little difficult, not a huge deal learned after the first day to a lot for extra time to get the car out. Would absolutely stay there again!

Just a HORRIBLE early check in policy. Beautiful property, excellent staff, amazing renovation. However - I couldn't check in before 1:00 unless I paid $100!!! I arrived at the desk at 12:35 and they said "nope". I understand if rooms are not available, but that was not the reason given. Just that is our "policy". I've been going to Tahoe for many years at many different properties - always some flexibility or a reason why they couldn't accommodate if that were the case. Just lame!
