Great location, everything looks and feels new/modern. Rooms are spacious comfortable and super clean. Coffee station in the lobby was a great amenity for the cold. Great value for money.

Our stay at this hotel was nice. Clean facility and hotel room. Beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast bar was good with a nice variety. The hot tub and pool looked inviting, altho’ we didn’t use it. I would advise to book on top floor, to not get “walking noise” from others and not to book near hot tub/pool area, due to noise.

The room we stayed in had a very musty gym like smell. It should have been fumigated before our stay. The room was very nice, pillows needs to be more firm because it just deflated. The property is very nice. It is updated and very clean. All staff members I encountered were helpful and friendly (front desk, hallway, breakfast area). My room was clean and spacious. They do charge $15 for parking, which I thought was strange and I don't recall seeing anything about that when I booked the room.

To start off, the rooms were clean and nice. However, the Inn charged $75 for a pet fee and an additional $15 for parking! The “restaurant” that is mentioned is an attached burger place. When I asked if the bar on-site served food, the receptionist said, “the bar isn’t open today because the bartender isn’t coming in”. I never saw in person the pretty view of the outdoor seating with the fireplace. I asked about it where it was upon checkout and was toldthat it was around the building behind the spa room.

neg: -Thin walls/insulation, I can hear noises like car doors slamming. Right next door's dog has been whining and barking consistently. -Window's right side panel is broken. -Ironing board is broken. -Bed is hard. -There is parking fee. -Can use more training in customer service for morning FD staff. Night shift was very nice and helpful. pos: -It is a renovated hotel therefore it looks modern. -Location can be a walking distance to many shops, restaurants and Gondola. -Descent free breakfast. -Pet friendly.

This is a very nicely remodeled hotel. It’s clean and comfortable. The location is very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not the best. It’s quite limited and what they did have was not done well. The potatoes were raw and tasted gritty. Like they hadn’t been washed. The fruit tasted ‘fuzzy’ like the canned stuff and as it was a couple of days old. Otherwise this was a pleasant stay.

It has all of the amenities to feel as if you are at home away from home. However, in my opinion, the bed was too hard and pillows too flat. Otherwise, it is a wonderful hotel with great, friendly staff.
