The property is beautifully located in a quiet area. The drive to all our destinations was easy as well, enjoyed the relaxing hot tub after a day of hiking and exploring. Was a little disappointed in the lack of cleaning supplies in case we needed more that a wipe down. I have also in the past brought cooking supplies there- I have used spices or oils that are there to cook our meals on sight. Not really an option here except to throw it on the grill-definitely a place worth staying at. Beautiful cabin with comfortable living space and nicely secluded

A beautiful and peaceful location close to lots of attractions.

This was a perfect rental for us. Private and quiet for our much needed vacation, yet close enough to all the sites and attractions on our to-do list. We definitely recommend!

Deep woods sojourn

This property was perfect for us. I think the time of year was great since there were no bugs and not too many people overall. Being able to walk into restaurants with very little wait was great. We would have stayed much longer but price for just two people was a bit too hefty. Hope we can return next year for a longer stay.

Short Anniversary Getaway

We liked the location and quietness of the cabin. It was very clean and suited our needs. It had a very warm, at home feel. However, we were disappointed with the check in time (4PM) very late in day plus not given address until 15 minutes prior. Given that we could not access WiFi due to area, we had to stop at office to get directions adding yet more time which we had little of. At this price point, we were surprised it did not have more bath amenities (lotions, hair dryer, etc.), we had to bring towels for the hot tub and there was no washer and dryer to dry them before packing them. It also had very little kitchen items such as we had to bring our own paper towels and napkins. Again, at this price point and having stayed at many other cabin rentals, we have never had to bring such items. Overall, we would give it a 3 out of 5 stars.

Perfect stay

The cabin was super adorable and clean! It was remote and close to all of the hocking hills attractions. We enjoyed our days hiking and then back at the cabin in the evening to cook dinner, have a drink by the fire and relax in the hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. Plus our pups felt right at home!

Great cabin in the woods!

This was a cozy cabin and a loft that was great for the two of us! Bathrooms were very clean and we had comfortable beds too. There is a swing on the back porch that enjoyed in the evenings. It’s close to Hocking Hills State Park for great hiking!

Clean and enjoyable

Cabin is just big enough for 4 people - no more. The living area is on the small side and one of the bedrooms is open to the main living area, so there isn't as much privacy, but it's still nice. The biggest negative was that the water smells of rotten eggs, particularly the warm water. It did not seem to get better while we were there so we drank solely bottled water. Hot tub was clean and nice. The oven was outstanding - everything cooked perfectly. Very good overall. Also I purchased their firewood bundle but the wood was still wet like it had not been aged long enough. Very difficult to light and hissed badly. Wouldn't buy that again.

Great Family Overnight Stay!

Good cabin stay! Exactly what we were looking for in our short get away to Hocking Hills. The ONLY negative was that the cabin smelled very smoky like someone had started a fire in the fireplace without opening the vent when we arrived. The smell was not noticeable by the next morning. Overall good experience though!
