The breakfast/lunch restaurant had poor food quality. The coffee was weak and flavorless However the dinner restaurant was excellent with good variety. Service was wonderful. The AC units in our suite were malfunctioning making it colder than the setting on the thermostat. Had to ask a second time to get it fixed. Single ply toilet paper, no exhaust in the bathroom and windows don’t open

Beautiful property with incredible hospitality

This was my favorite hotel that I have stayed at this year. And that says a lot because I travel every two to six weeks. I loved it because the staff was friendly, the restaurant and bar within the hotel were great, and it was easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, they had a great gym which is important to me, as I like to exercise when traveling. I have clients in Elkhart and when visiting next time, intend to stay here again.

Very nice updated hotel. I am a hotel snob with cleanliness and it was very clean. Staff were friendly. The only downside would be the rooftop bar being closed.

Our stay over the weekend was enjoyable. We appreciated having dining options in the building due to the fact on Saturday it rained all day. The food at the corner bar and relish restaurant was very delicious. And if we are ever in the area again this place would be our first choice.
