From the first day I entered the room I found it uncleaned. I asked for a room change and they never came to clean it. I had to look for another hotel. I do not recommend it.

it was a clean room everything was in working but the hot water in the bathroom was running very slow and the room have so much light coming out of curtain which really disturb the sleep .. in breakfast there wasn't any hot item .. no eggs were served i would rate 7 out of 10

When I was checking in the hotel manager was arguing with a possible former customer. The manager proceeded to hang up angrily n proceeded to assist me in checking in with an angry attitude. This person needs to understand past or present customers pay his salary. He needs to realize a quick change in attitude is needed FAST!!! I had nothing to do with the telephone conversation.

I stay here pretty regularly because I know i can count on the fast check in, the clean room and the convenience of the location. Also, it's kind of a hidden gem - I've even been able to get rooms late night without a problem. My ONLY complaint is that the toilets are super low - i don't understand why.

So i get to the hotel office. Front counter worker lets me know they're having a problem with the machine to make room keys. Call maintenance to help resolve the issue with th3 machine and gets into a yelling argument with the maintenance worker. Maintenance guy was playing it cool. So i get my room keys and check into my room which smells like srrong pinesol. Realized my carpet was soaking wet like t was just cleaned. Smell was strong. Housekeep only comes when requested. Place smelt like weed the entire time. Only stair access is open all night and isnt locked. Definitely not safe. One morning had cops in a dew rooms down. Straight ghetto. Pay alittle more and go some place else. If i had my family, i would had instantly left.
