Your dream San Diego vacation starts here! Enjoy rest and relaxation in this 1-bedroom Farmhouse-style unit just 5 minutes from the Solana Beach shoreline, Cedros Design District, the famous Belly Up Tavern, and delicious local restaurants. Newly built, you’ll feel right at home with all the modern amenities and conveniences you need. Featuring an open concept kitchen with island, living room, large bathroom, and bedroom featuring a queen bed and HUGE walk-in closet. Wake up with coffee and sea breezes on the private patio off the bedroom. After a long day at the beach, enjoy dinner and a glass of wine at the farmhouse table under the covered patio. This home is outfitted with WiFi, a Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu, and Central AC. Plus, an in-unit washer and dryer. Take the train from the local Solana Beach station to Downtown or rent a car and see the sights in San Diego County via the I-5 freeway!

*A kitchen island and larger couch with chaise lounge have been added to accommodate more functional use.
We have also recently installed a (flexible) fence around the unit to provide a safe space for your dog to spend time with you outside, without having to worry about their security.

Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests.  
Supplies for the entire length of the stay are not provided. 
Kitchens are stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans and cooking utensils.  
Spices, oil or anything perishable are not stocked.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
The couch is NOT a pull out. 3 person occupancy is ideal for 2 adults and a infant or toddler.
The main house is occupied by a family with children.
The main house has security cameras that monitor the yard for the main house.
Guests may use the driveway to load / unload but should park on the street moving forward.
For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages.
This property is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking. That being said, noise disruption is rare, given the unit's location, but is more possible during the summer months when children are out of school.

Dog Friendly Unit for additional $350 Fee, though no cats are permitted.
During your stay at this guesthouse, you'll be within walking distance of Del Mar Racetrack. Features include a water park.

Great location and cute place
This ADU unit is very cute and clean. The location was excellent for our trip. I had not paid close enough attention to listing and was surprised to find only a Queen Size bed. There is plenty of room for a king and it was odd for a full one bedroom unit not to have it. My husband was having some back issues and couldn't deal with the queen, so he slept on the couch for a whole week. I would not have booked it if I had paid attention to that part! Also note that parking is on the street at the bottom of a fairly long driveway. It was fine for us, but might not be for everyone. No contact from owner or manager during our stay but we did not have issues, so it was Ok.

Outstanding!
The property is located in a quiet area of Solana Beach and is accurately portrayed. We very much enjoyed being close to everything including the beach, shopping, and San Diego. The unit is wonderfully decorated, spacious, and well equipped for cooking, working, etc. Would stay again without any reservations.

Beautiful Bungalow
Excellent place to stay! Working trip for me so being close to the track was a plus. Locked myself out the first night so pay attention to the info on small stickers on the door! Note the street parking details and walk to house but really not that bad. Owners responded to any needs/issues promptly. I’ll be back to this place on my next Del Mar project!
