The 1st bedroom has a queen bed w/ an en-suite bath that has a shower, dual vanity & new LVP floors. 2nd bedroom has a full/queen bed & the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunks beds. The 2nd bath has a tub/shower combo, granite sink, & hardwood floors. The back deck has a propane grill & a family of deer that comes to visit!

The kitchen boasts an open floor plan that can accommodate large groups. The cabinets provide a soft close and the granite countertops offer plenty of prep space. The kitchen is well stocked with all the comforts of home.

After a big meal, relax by the cozy stone fireplace. Watch a movie or play a board game. The living room has plenty of space for the family.

This unit is a true retreat, whether you are hitting the snowy slopes or the muddy bike trails.

Free WiFi and long-distance calling, 65 inch HD Smart TV in the living room that includes that has an Apple TV is you like streaming from your Apple products. Washer and dryer inside the unit to wash your clothes. AND lastly, a boots and gloves dryer!

Kids love to watch the wild animals and feed the deer on the back porch while the adults love sipping wine watching the most beautiful sunsets over the mountains.

I am available by text, email, or phone during your stay. We do have a local maintenance man if there are any issues during your stay.

The condo is a short walk across the street to Snowshoe Village with the best dining, shopping, ski school, and of course the slopes!

Short walk to the Village! The Snowshoe shuttle services the entire mountain and a stop is less than 100 yards from our front door that will also take you to Silvercreek. Plentiful parking is available in front of the unit and in the overflow lot next door.

Now please note, there is an additional fee of $50 per person per night if a guest is not reported within the reservation. Please make sure you report all guests within your reservation for your stay. Also note, the owner will be held harmless in the event of inclement weather or property amenities not working as they both may not always work in our favor and cannot be controlled. Thank you!

As a guest of this condo, you'll find ski-in/ski-out access and barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
