Located on the ground floor of the main lodge building, Timberline Condo Unit 117 is conveniently situated for enjoying mountainside activities. Not only does it offer premium mountain access, but this residence has also been thoughtfully decorated to create a comfortable home base. With neutral colors and clean lines, Unit 117 reflects a modern lifestyle. The comfortable gray foldout sofa doubles as an additional sleeping space for those traveling with family or friends. Relax on the comfortable furniture in the evening, catching a movie on the flat screen TV equipped with cable.

The wood beam ceilings in this unit have been painted white, brightening the space. A natural wood shiplap focal wall and recessed lighting create a comfortable haven for settling into the queen bed for a good night's sleep. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.

This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee during the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.

This condo offers its guests ski-in/ski-out access, a spa tub, and a fitness center. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Barbecue grills and an arcade/game room are also featured at the family-friendly condo.
