Ocean View Escape: Private home with game room

If you are looking for a peaceful and private getaway with a large well stocked kitchen and a little bit of game room fun, this is the place for you!
UPSTAIRS: Friends and family can comfortably gather in the open common area and use the well-stocked kitchen to cook or bake together. There is a large dining room table that seats 8 comfortably, an additional table that will seat 4 more people, and a bar that seats 3 people. The home has a large deck and outside table to soak up the sun, grill on the barbeque, or dine al fresco while enjoying the view of open space and a glimpse of the ocean. You may see the occasional elk herd as well! There are three bedrooms upstairs: Main bedroom with king bed and soaking tub, second bedroom with queen, and bunk bed
room with trundle. The washer and dryer are upstairs and yours to use.
DOWNSTAIRS: Exterior stairs lead to the lower level with outside entrance to a large open game room with kitchen, sink, 2 bar areas for seating, and a game table. We have assorted games, playing cards, and poker chips, foosball table, and a pool table. Relax on the couch. The couch folds out into a sofa bed, rollaway downstairs as well. There is a full bathroom downstairs which makes this room a great spot for a little separation of space for sleeping or families.
EXTRA BEDS: Two rollaway beds are located on property. Please let us know if your party has more than 9 people so we can be sure rollaway beds, blankets, and sheets are available for your stay. Feel free to use the rollaway downstairs at any time as well.
NEED TO KNOW:
-Please know that the lower level is accessible by exterior entrance only, there are no interior stairs.
-No smoking or pets, please.
This home is perfect for large families or two smaller families.
The home is an easy drive to the Redwoods for a hike or the Smith or Chetco Rivers to swim or fish.
