We have stayed here and enjoyed our last stay but this one was horrible. They are adding on which is great but they put us in a room next to room they already gutted and insulation was in hallway floors and construction went on from sun up to sun down with hammering on room above us and we open window to lift being right in front of window w construction workers to close for comfort. Can’t wait to see addition. But maybe keep that end closed off for construction and good reviews?

Parking was difficult due to the construction next to the hotel. Was surprised and displeased about the $17 tax per person hotel fee that was added on at checkout. Hotel said it was a fee charged by Expedia but in the Expedia reservations, it stated in the fine print that additional hotel fees may be added on. Not sure who to believe. In hindsight, could probably have gotten a better rate booking through hotel group sales.

The hotel is easy to locate, staff is very friendly, very clean, and the attached restaurant has many delicious offerings. My only complaints are lack of room service, although you can take your food to go and eat in your room. However, you'll be eating out of a plastic container with plastic silverware, which is less than ideal, but workable. Definite lack of parking due to current renovations where construction is using up many parking areas. Understandable, but inconvenient. I'm sure it will be great once the work is done.

Loved the spacious and well-appointed rooms. Liked the large list of amenities. This is easily a 4-5 star property. Did not like the very noisy roofing construction ongoing. While the website warned of room remodeling there was no impact. However, the roofing work extended until 7pm, and resumed at 650am, with heavy, and loud equipment right outside our room. Horrible!

The stay at the Clubhouse was a really nice experience. The staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, bed and pillows were really comfy. The only complaint we had was a lot of road noise most of the night. Might want to pack ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Clean and spacious rooms - great. Their TV/Infotainment options are poor. There’s no way to cast your device directly to the TVs to play downloaded content without a HDMI cord. There’s no access to streaming services and their channel selections had commercials every ten minutes.

Favorite Sioux Falls Lodging
Favorite place to stay in Sioux Falls. Always clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast is good, pool is great for kids, love the location next to the bike path. The only negative for me is the updated decor--sadly, the rich colors were eliminated and instead the typical gray blah was chosen. It makes the public space much less welcoming.

This is a great property for a family, they have an outstanding pool for the kids. It was a little loud around the halls and at breakfast, close to the highway, and convenient to many dining options. Staff was very helpful and building is clean and in good shape. It wasn't a great option for us due to the large family groups staying the two nights we were at the hotel
