The morning of checkout, the lock on my door quit working and I was not able to get into my room. There was no urgency to fix it even after I repeatedly mentioned that I had to leave for an appointment. Eventually, the non-ambitious maintenance employee was able to pry the door open. Not that I was expecting a refund, but I wasn’t acknowledged or apologized to over the major inconvenience that this caused. Everyone just went about their way. Oh, and the front desk clerk knew which room it was as soon as I mentioned the problem. Apparently, this lock has been causing issues. Overall, for being a newer facility, it was ok. My room had a funny smell, but everything else was ok.

Great hotel and amenities. Hot tub and lounge serving pizza, beer and wine were great. Only complaint was not having my room ready when I showed up at 1:45pm even though I paid for early check in at 1pm. However, they were accommodating and moved me from king bed room to 2 queen bed room so I could get into a room right away.

Was offered an early check in for 25.00 when opted for it was several hours until I received a denial notice(when I was already in route. Elevator was broke 1st night and I was on 4th Floor. Hallway around lounge/office/elevator stunk of marijuna upon check in. Also hot tub was cold.
