Easy on/off for the freeway. Room was clean and comfortable, with the exception of waking up to a wet spot on the carpet around the mini frig. When I reported it, the front desk girl didn't seem surprised, so it must be a problem they have with the refrigerators. But there was no mildew smell, so they must take care of it quickly. Breakfast area was clean and food was good, but not as hot as we would have liked...warm to cool.

I had difficulty getting checked in and was given a room that smelled like smoke. The clerck was aware that guests had been fined for smoking and wanted to rent me the room anyway. It took two more rooms to find one that was clean and didn't smell bad. Check in took more than 1 hour and 3 trips with my huge suitcase up and down the flights.

Our room was very clean and felt very spacious. The staff was courteous and professional. There were several baseball teams of 6-7 year olds and the staff was patient and accepting. We enjoyed our stay.

The non-smoking room Smell like a smoking room. The area was okay. I would not stay here again. Everyone was very nice but I don’t trust parking my car here.

They remodeled since we were last there and the upgrades are very pretty inside the rooms. The fact that the room comes with a bath mat for in the tube was an absolute game changer for us since we had a toddler. The front staff accomudated our request for a first floor room because we have a toddler. And then proceeded to offer us a cot and extra bedding if we needed for the toddler! Wonderful service and the continental breakfast never misses.
