This hotel by far has the nicest, friendliest and understanding staff and management. Now days everything is numbers all about quanity and quality is forgotten. This property is completely the opposite and ensure quality is the primary focus. 10 stars by far

The girls at the front desk and the lobby where you eat were extremely friendly and helpful! We had a great experience and I will go there again! Best part was breakfast and the TWO full bathrooms with showers was a nice surprise!

Very helpful and courteous staff. In parking lot EV charging is very convenient. Akward stair and entrances setup makes packing and unpacking inconvenient. Upper floors room access not for those with heights issues due to low flimsy railings and unlevel walking surfaces. Expedia filters and pix showed a hot tub, but there was none.

We had a great stay and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was better than most hotel buffets with nice options. We especially appreciated the breakfast buffet hostess Adrian. She was so kind and inviting while attending to everyone's requests. She deserves a raise.

Hotel was convenient for me for one night. Bed & room comfortable and clean, but showing so many signs of wear (carpet, paint, general repairs. Open air hallways look old and dirty. Rooms & exterior need an update! However, lobby has been refurbished and is very nice and staff was pleasant.
