Sunnyside Properties offers one bedroom units for rent during the months of February and March. All units offer a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, cable television, central heat and air, linens, private phone and coin operated laundry facilities on site. Clean, quiet, friendly neighbors & staff, great location

We would love to stay here every year! Perfect location right next to the beach, near steps away from where my parents stay here and on the quieter South end of the island! The kids loved the pool and private beach. The apartment was very clean and fresh and included everything we needed for our week long stay. The one bed was extremely loud upon any movement on it - my ONLY negative (and that could be easily fixed!). We look forward to booking again as soon as we find out our dates!
