Though we require a Saturday to Saturday pattern in peak seasons (Mid January thru April; and June thru Mid August) we can be flexible at other times. Please email us your pattern of stay request.

Fisherman’s Cove, Siesta Key Gulf Front! Sandwiched between the Gulf of Mexico and Blind Pass Lagoon which leads to Sarasota Bay, you can enjoy sunning or fishing from the Gulf or Lagoon or kayaking and paddle boarding. Our Siesta Key location on the island’s south end features the best shelling on the island as well. The Gulf waters are only 150 feet from your beachfront lanai. Enjoy romantic sunsets from the comfort of your apartment’s private terrace or directly on the beach.

You can walk south along our beachfront and enjoy at least one mile of undeveloped property. Continue on if you wish for many miles of serenity to Casey Key.

Bring your boat or rent one for a day as the boat docks are free! Your boat trailer must be kept off property and the on-site office can provide a list of places in the area for storage.

Each unit features cable television, wireless internet access, fully equipped kitchen, a heated community pool, a clubhouse with library, shuffleboard court, boat slips, kayak launching and assigned parking.

NO Pets allowed.

The on-site office staff is there to be of service.

Dine at several excellent restaurants within walking distance, or drive to Crescent Beach approximately 2.5 miles north where there is a grocery and other stores and restaurant options. The Siesta Key Village is approximately 7 miles distance on the island. Off island trips bring you to diverse neighborhoods and shopping and dining areas within a 15 to 30 minute drive.

Fisherman’s Cove, Siesta Key, is adjacent to Turtle Beach with picnic area, grills and boat ramp. You will drive through Turtle Beach Park to our gated community – leaving the traffic behind. Our south end of Siesta Key is known as the quieter end of the island and has a laid back feel. The action on the northern end is available via free trolley service or thru one of the free ride services that work for tips.

While you are here, you will want to visit Siesta Key Public Beach and put your toes in the world famous white sand which consists of 99% pure quartz, ultimately derived from the southern Appalachians. Over millennia, rivers carried the grains of sand into the Gulf of Mexico and south along Florida’s coast. Those quartz grains are fine, without any coral or shell fragments, which results in sand with a soft, flour-like texture.

Sarasota is known as the Cultural Center of Florida with many live theaters and art galleries. Definitely worth a visit is the Ringling Campus with the State Art Museum of Florida, the Circus Museum and Ca’ d’Zan Mansion on Sarasota Bay. Marie Selby Botanical Gardens is another very special attraction in Sarasota for both adults and children.

Relaxing Get a Way
Upon arrival the check in process was super easy. The condo was fresh and clean. We really enjoyed this part of the beach. It was so tranquil and quiet. Two things I always look for-1) What kind of coffee maker: It's a Keurig that can take K-cups for single brew or regular basket brew for a pot of coffee. 2) Does unit have a cooler: Yes a good sized cooler that can hold at least a 12pack. I 100% recommend this unit!

I felt like I hit the Jackpot.
The unit is a corner unit with windows on the lanai facing three directions with a long public beach to the north and the sun setting every night to the west. Kitchen was. well equipped and spices in the cupboard which were most welcome. Staff tried hard to solve a temature problem and called in a Tech to fix it. Only problem we had was the 9:00 am checkout. I am used to 11:00. Great stay.

Beautiful condo but not great beach
We Stayed here 2 weeks and initially were very disappointed. We ended up loving the property and view and would consider staying there again but it doesn’t offer a washer/dryer and we need that for our family of 5. Day 1 we were extremely disappointed as the pictures of the beach are not accurate and we totally felt renters regret. The beach at most is 15 feet wide and not a beautiful wide white sand beach which made it crowded & unfortunately the water was full of seaweed (not considered red tide season) and our children could not enjoy the beach or water. We had to drive to Ledo or Siesta Key daily to enjoy the beach/water. The 2nd dislike is that we picked a unit without a washer/dryer. We stayed 2 weeks and this was a huge inconvenience. I must have mixed this unit up with another in the building that offered washer/dryer. But we made the best of it. There were some parking issues. It is better not to have a #’ed spot then to have someone park in your spot and then you don’t have a place to park. This was frustrating after having to leave daily to head to a better beach and then not have parking upon return. There were a few negatives but we truly loved this condo. It was clean and well maintained. We had a couple maintenance issues and they fixed them immediately. Could not have asked for better service from the building staff. The view was beautiful, we seen dolphin daily and we didn’t want to leave. The facility was quite and family oriented.

Beach front
Walking distance from beach, beach right there, had a great family vacation, condo could use a little updating because some of the beach chairs were broken, and wish the beach was a little bigger, the picture makes it look so much bigger, but it was a lovely place, thanks! Worth it!

Beautiful location . Cleanliness an issue.
We got there early. Property manager said it was ready. It was not. Sand was on shower floors along with hair wads. Master bed had sand in the sheets. The floor was dirty enough to turn our feet black. The front screen door’s plexiglass is coming out. I had to go buy cleaners, dish towels and wash cloths. There were no dish towels or rags. Barely any forks or spoons. Luckily someone left a box of plastic forks. The couch and love seat are pretty worn down. The over all location was beautiful and the condo itself was nice. There was red tide which is out of managers control but we didn’t swim in the pool either. It was cloudy, lots of Debris

Summer 2021 vacation
This has been my summer vacation spot for the last several years. I have stayed in a different room in these condos everytime. I loved the top floor and the corner room the best out of all. This was the only one I have ever stayed in that didn't have a washer and dryer in the unit. It was inconvenient but only that. It does make it easier to be able to keep towels and such clean. This unit also was the only one that didnt have a broom in it. We did our best to keep out sand but really after a week on the beach you really need to be able to sweep. I will say this I love this place and will definitely be back. However, I would only rent THIS unit again If I was assured the king bed was changed. This may have been the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. We actually talked about just sleeping on the couch or floor. Other than that the trip was great. But really though the bed needs to be thrown out.

Turtle Beach Vacation
This was a nice place to stay. We enjoyed the beach and the beautiful water above all. The condo was nice and the view was spectacular. One draw back, there is not a washer or dryer in the condo. There is also only a very limited number of wash rags and towels provided. This requires a family of four to take time out of their day and do laundry. Due to the time restrictions placed on the washer and dryer, we were not able to wash or dry anything before or after a certain time. There is only one washer and one dryer on each floor, which can create a problem with as many condos that they have one each floor. With all that being said, we enjoyed our family vacation to Turtle Beach!

Disappointed
We came the week the red tide came in and was not informed of this before coming. My 3 children became very sick and we had to check out several days before our week was up. I really wish we were informed of what was going on there and given a choice to come or not.

Great location!! Very short walk to the beach!!
The property was great and the corner unit let you see both up and down the beach. Was disappointed that it was not the white powder sand that Siesta Key Beach has. The Love Bugs were terrible, but know this has nothing to do with the property! The office staff was very helpful. Our unit didn't have an ironing board and they brought us one within 15 minutes.

Clean and GREAT location!
Loved having the ocean right out or door! This place is away from the crowds but close enough to restaurants, shops and Siesta Beach. Appreciated having complimentary beach chairs and fishing pole and swimming pool. The master bed was too soft for our liking and a couple more rolls of toilet paper would have been nice for a weeks stay-4 wasn’t enough. We definitely hope to be back!

Lovely unit with beautiful views of the water!
This unit is a bit larger than I expected in all the right places. I liked that the 2nd bedrooms bathroom was outside the room so the kids on the pullout couch didn't wake up sleeping guests. There is a well stocked kitchen and having beach chairs provided was very nice. Staff was very sweet.
