You can not beat the price. Have coin laundry in the hotel. There is a bench at smoking place. (no other other hotel had bench to sit to smoke). Too many dishes at breakfast. Should offer less choice of dishes to reduce hotel operational cost.

概ねよかったのですが、エアコン内部にはっきりとわかるカビが。 暑かったけど、エアコンは付けられませんでした。 ホテル駐車場側に面した部屋だと、うるさくて寝れません。 アメニティがホテル入口にあったのは、とてもよかった。 顔用の乳液とメイク落としがアメニティセットの他に置いてありましたが、それよりセットに不足しているのは化粧水の方です。別にセットしてもらえるなら、化粧水の方が嬉しい。

フロント女性スタッフの愛想の無さに驚きました。公式ページからの予約だったのでフロント手続きにいきましたが、話もきちんと聞く前から自動チェックインですけど？みたいな真顔でそっけなく返され、応対も雑でした。東横インは何度も利用していますが、はじめて残念な気持ちになりました。

夜遅くのチェックインでしたが、スタッフの方が親切に対応いただきました。 部屋も朝食もよかったです。 難点は廊下とエレベーター内が、とても暑かったことです。
