The patio offers a unique saltwater hot tub to treat yourself to soothing baths and a lovely outdoor dining area to enjoy all of your meals alfresco and get some vitamin D from the ever-shining sun. The spacious and light-filled living room is a great place to hang out and rest with your loved ones–the flatscreen TV provides excellent entertainment along with free WiFi and plenty of board games. Whoever gets to be the chef of the group will have a blast in the fully-equipped kitchen! It's conveniently equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, double oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and heated tile floors. The gorgeous island provides extra seating for three which adds up to the four-person dining table. This home comes equipped with a convenient mini-fridge and a desk.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
