The room was very beautifully decorated and the kids adored the room. When we checked out today, we asked the reception if we could buy the soft toys in the room, the lady was saying it was not for sale. She then surprised the kids by giving them two small soft toys (from the same theme). I did not notice her name as we were rushing for the airport. Thank you to the pretty lady receptionist for the nice gesture (happened at 5:30am on 28 Dec 2024).

Property is old needless to say, but acceptable. Service of the check-in reception staff and the hotel Lotte World side entrance staff were really poor, inflexible, poor English, not customer centric at all. Terrible experience!

Super easy access to the department store/mart/lotte world adventures/subway station/lotte world mall. The parking can be very challenging, but they have a separate space for the hotel guests. Was very pleased with my stay, highly recommend this hotel!
