The room had no microwave or coffeemaker, but you can ask housekeeping to bring a coffeemaker and kettle. We found this out accidentally from the nice men who came to fix the broken TV.

This hotel doesn’t look anything like the photos! Very dirty, old and needs a major remodel!! When booked a standard room, just be prepared you won’t get what’s in the photos!! Only good thing about it was the location, but everything else was just terrible and won’t be staying here again!!

Just stay away. If you are a family, this is definitely NOT the hotel for you. We were in shock when we accessed the rooms. The floors had giant stains all over the carpet, the wall had stains and were peeling. The bathroom was broken in several places, the smell was moldy mixed with other bad smells. On top of it, my husband and another family member got bed bugs and they were scratching the entire night. We also had spiderwebs on the walls and to top that, the room was dirty and unlivable. We were with kids so we couldn’t not find another hotel around 11PM to accommodate us. We left this hotel the following day. They did not compensated us for the bad experience. They only tried to move us to a different room that still was bad minus the smell around 12midnight. The kids already fell asleep and it was impossible to move them. The worst part was the maintenance guy that was greedy. The rooms were without any appliances and we needed it for the kids and your toddlers. We tipped him and in the second time he came (for the same request), he asked us for more money! How rude!!

The manager provided us way beyond and above the expected service. He is very accommodating and he listened very well with our concerns. He made sure they were addressed properly and with urgency. Staff are also wonderful and amazing ☺️☺️☺️

The only good thing about this was the location. Property is very old and not kept up. Rooms are good size but dirty and furniture is old and screaming to be replaced. The only good thing was the cleaning staff as they made their daily runs but I wouldn’t stay here again.
