The location was great. The rooms needs more care needs to be updated the furniture looked very old. The drawers were broken. The mattress super hard. There was bugs in the bed. There was no coffee machine in the room I had to requested. Bathroom walls dirty.

I guess it’s all about location. For the price we paid, the rooms are so basic compared to other places I’ve stayed. The lobby gave grand, but the rooms are in need of serious renovation. We had the deluxe king room with the city view, but no city view. Outdated TV so we couldn’t mirror the soccer game or watch anything besides regular tv. They also don’t have anywhere to park your cars so you have to pay to park your car at a parking structure (if they are open) or find park blocks away from the hotel. Overall, my experience was ok, but I would love to see what else there is New York has to offer on my next travel.

It’s Times Square
Like all buildings in the area, it’s older. However, our room was clean and provided a comfortable, centrally located place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I do wish they would update their website to indicate they no longer have mini-fridges in the room. That’s something I always like to have to keep cool drinks on hand.

Lets clean it up!!!
This hotel needs a lot of updating. For the amount of money that you are charged they need to start putting money into the room. Location was great other than that. The carpet looks like it was installed in 1990. It just doesn’t seem like they put any money back into their hotel rooms . I know this is in the state of Illinois, but people should not be allowed to vape or smoke anywhere in the rooms because the hallway and our room smelled like marijuana.

MILLENIUM WAS DREADFUL
THE MILENIUM WAS DOWN RIGHT DREADFUL. IT WAS DIRTY AND THE BEDS UNCOMFORTABLE. WE HAD FINGER NAILS AND FAKE EYE LASHES ALL OVER OUR FLOOR. THE BED WAS DIRTY AND THE RESTARAUNT WASNT EVEN OPEN IN THE LOBBY. I HAVE STAYED IN MOTEL 6S THAT ARE NICER. NEVER AGAIN!
