Staff was friendly but the condition of the hotel was extremely poor. We had teash underneath the chair in the room and found fake eyelashes on the nightstand. I will never stay at this property again. Close to everything in times square and that was the only positive.

This hotel looks great in pictures but as soon as you get to your room it looks like it has not been maintained for a very long time. The beds had hair and stains all over them, the bathrooms were rusty and filthy and had what looked like mold around the tub. I would never stay there again. For the money it was not worth the stay.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, right next to Time Square. There are several parking garages near by but after driving into the city I wouldn't recommend it.Dinning option are numerous but pricey. Welcome to New York.

Great location, old hotel, not the best condition.
The staff was very helpful, however the rooms were very old and outdated. The bathroom had what appeared to look like mold. Additionally, we needed to book an additional day and was not able to do it through the front staff, had to call a booking service from the hotel phone. The lady was very deceptive. She offered a nightly stay of 335, I declined, she then offered 285, I agreed and then received a charge for 438. I instantly emailed and was told that prices are subject to change without notice. I informed I had just hung up the phone and that practice seemed very deceptive.
