I don't normally stay at this hotel as previously I've preferred hotels in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Seoul. This time I wanted something convenient but more quiet and this was perfect - I absolutely loved my stay at L7 Gangnam. The hotel's location is excellent with many transport, shopping and dining options nearby including the Incheon Airport bus stop being right outside. The staff are lovely and facilities clean. The rooms are on the smaller side for the price but I went knowing the accurate dimensions as indicated on the room information. I'd be more than happy to stay here on my next visit!

Rooms facing park / burial grounds behind are great for quietness. But overall hotel is relatively run down. Carpet and walls are dirty. Found hairs on my sink from either cleansing staff or previous occupants. Nowhere near as nice as L7 in Myeongdong. Definitely will not stay here again.

Rooms were not in good condition. Walls were dirty and areas that had been painted were not done properly and there were cobwebs in my room. Great location but defiantly would not rate this hotel with 4 stars.
