I am a first time visitor in Seoul. I chose Grid Inn because it’s near the attractions that I planned to visit. It’s very convenient indeed. Many restaurants and shopping stores are nearby. The hotel staff are very nice. They answered my questions quickly. And they gave me good suggestions when I left to airport.

The hotel is conveniently located for transport and eating options and the staff were very helpful. Although room was small, it was very clean and comfortable and all necessary amenities were provided. I would definitely recommend it for budget minded travellers.

It was right in the middle of Seoul, so you really got the true local experience. The place itself was a bit cavernous in terms of lighting and stuff, but I just needed a place to crash after sight seeing each day. The front desk was very helpful, as they were able to take any questions I had. They were also nice enough to hold on to my luggage for a couple of hours since my flight wasn’t until the evening. I think about this trip often, and if I go back I’ll know where to stay.

The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to the subway and many markets and tourist sights are within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would go back there!

Great hotel! Comfortable beds and 2 minute walk from metro station. Right in the heart of Jongo/Myeong-dong. Staff were so friendly and always free water! Hundreds of restayrants within walking distance and markets! Amazing place

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful even had umbrellas available for guests free of charge. Laundry facilities available in the hotel free of charge, detergent is free. Subway and bus transportation within a few minutes walking from hotel. Many restaurants and even American fast food close by. Most tourist attractions within 20 - 30 minutes walking distance if you don’t want to use bus or subway. Would stay in this hotel again.

The place was quiet and comfortable. It was a little difficult for me to find, but it was in walking distance to gwangjang market and Myeongdong street. I traveled alone as an 18 year old girl and felt safe, however the streets were a bit dirty in this area I noticed. Over all I’d give this place a five star review and like to thank the staff for not charging me extra when I ran ten minutes late during me check out.
