Great stay for our family!
We had a really comfortable and wonderful stay on our family trip with our toddler. Staff is very helpful and friendly and the suite we had allowed for us to create another room for our toddler. Only downside is there aren’t toddler beds or pack and plays available so we brought our own but that’s the case with other hotels in the area as well. Our room was beautiful, had great views and was attended to well. If you’re looking to stay in Gangnam I highly recommend this hotel!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Love the bed as it was so comfortable. The water dispenser in the room came in handy too. Though not everyone at the reception counter is fluent in English but they were friendly and helpful, especially a few of the gentlemen at the lobby door when we need help to call for a taxi.

Great location for shopping, site seeing and has many many restaurants to choose from. Namdaemun market is a short walk away! Staff was very good and very helpful getting taxi's and recommending restaurants to try. The only thing that bothered me was I had to pay for parking. The price wasn't bad, 20,000 won, but still, it should be included with the stay.

Very convenient location, with Myeongdong main shopping street right next to the hotel. 3 subway stations of different lines in 10mins. Staff are helpful and most importantly, the room is clean. At affordable price too. Highly recommend~ P.S. they provide complementary coffee and popcorn and candy at the lobby :)
