Old stained furniture in room, chipped paint, unfinished paint on baseboards, filthy mirrors, lamps, old clock radio not working, old rug, sink drain pop up not working, can’t find the elevator in back building, massive wedding in ballroom with major music noise to 11 pm, chainsaw all afternoon trimming trees on a Saturday, No morning breakfast, no coffee service in the lobby. Indian staff unfriendly and uncaring of my complaints. Never stay there again.

Furnishings need updating. Exit directly next to my room did not lock, which is a safety concern, and ppl were in and out of it a bit too much. It’s not the worst place to stay. They didn’t trip over my late check out

My experience here was substandard. The lobby had an offensive smell and rundown appearance. The room also had a musty smell and the carpet, which had been shampooed that morning, was still wet!!! I called to request a room changed, but they had none. No apology or courtesy discount was granted! The overall appearance of the room, while spacious, was rundown, including a rusty radiator. The only positive thing I can say is that sheets and towels were clean and the bed was not uncomfortable.

Usually do not do reviews but felt it was necessary in this case because this hotel was dirty all around and smelled of smoke, dampness, and mold was present in the room, should be condemned and see the wrecking ball. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel in the area this one is a 0/10

This is really not a 3-star hotel. It’s super old and stinky. Staff at check in was very impolite. A lot of stains on furnitures. Carpets were all worn out. Curtains very dirty.

Rooms desperately need to be updated. Our room was very shabby, but clean. However the hotel is in a great location for proximity to Providence and train to Boston. Restaurants and shopping nearby.

Hotel in transition?

The receptionist seemed to be distracted or maybe was new to his job. I was first assigned a room on the fourth floor. On entry the room was cold and damp. I raised the temp be from 58 degrees to 75. In the meantime I put on socks. I'm a little while I realized the carpeting was wet. I placed a tissue on the floor and it wicked you up yellow liquid like my socks had. I called front desk and attendant asked me to check to find if there was a leak. I told him than was for his staff to do. Eventually I was relocated to another room which was dry by but very dirty.

Not worth the price

After spending so much for 2 nights, expected a decent place. Hotel is not properly taken care of. Our room was dusty although it was a nice size. You can tell cleanliness is not their #1 concern. I have allergies to pet and dust; there was a dog on the same floor and the smell was all over, especially the elevator which filthy.

Despite the musty odor in the lobbies, there was none in the room. The room was clean and comfortable. It met my needs for an overnight in Providence, just a no-frills place to stay.

The Ramada could have been a bit cleaner, we had a strange red dye stain on the floor. The service was also ok, we requested late checkout and they asked for a time. We agreed on 3 pm and the desk said we could pay an extra $30 at checkout. We got a call at noon we had to leave within 30 min. The air conditioning was also very spotty, hot night, cool morning

Great hotel! Google needs to fix their blurb tho

This hotel is ideal for a stay in the area. Clean, stylish, with friendly service. Right in the middle of Seekonk so amenities are easy to come by and just minutes away from the heart of Providence. My only issue, which was not the hotel's fault: Google listed the hotel as having a free breakfast. It did not, and there was no obvious area where that would even be.

Negatives: 1. No charging point except reaching out to stiff corners 2. No elevator or supports to take your luggage into 201-220 units( only explored this much) 3. Corridors leading to rooms are narrow and do not smell good Positives: 1. staffs were friendly 2. pet friendly property, good walkable areas outside and comfortable rooms ($25 daily is high if you are staying for longer durations)
