This was the perfect place to stay. We stayed for 10 days. The pool was walking distance and the people who live there were so nice. The grounds were beautiful. The villa was spotless and beautiful.

Spring Lake Villa

We loved our stay at the Spring Lake Villa. Everything you could possibly need was there, and Sue and Roy were always a phone call away if needed. The people are super friendly and we enjoyed getting to know this quiet and beautiful area of Florida. They have a 12 hole par 3 golf course and 9 holes of 36 completed. I am sure we will be back!

Economical stay in Sebring

Sebring has a few decent, overpriced hotel so we always look for a VRBO when in town. This unit is affordable, older two bed/two bath unit in an older, master planned affordable community with shared walls. Easy parking, dated interior and fixtures, decently equipped - it was as advertised and served us well.

The villa was very comfortable

The villa was in a quiet neighborhood with 2 community pools. It's located by a golf course but it is closed, which we were not aware of We came to golf so had to drive further then we had planned. The beds were very comfortable. The place had a grill but no utensils to use with it. Overall it's a great place to stay!

Wonderful property

Super nice rental for the money. Only problem was that the ac couldn’t keep up thru the day but it was really hot and sunny outside while we were there which was the problem. Wonderful place tho. Allen.

Golf is dead at Spring Lake aka Sebring International

This was our second trip to this villa and it was again a very nice stay.The con's were that the golf club is all but closed by a group that purchased the course several years ago and doesn't have a clue on the Golf industry or real estate development. The nearest food market is over 20 minutes away . Again, the villa was excellent but the area and golf club are a negative factor in our return to this villa.
