Wonderful service and location
We had another wonderful stay. The manager and staff are very attentive and helpful. Love the restaurant menu also. Location is within walking distance to our family and everything in town. The only crazy thing that happened was a fire alarm that could not be shut off even though everything was deemed clear but staff provided earplugs until the alarm was turned off.

There was a power outage caused by high winds during our stay. We tolerated the no electricity for one night and decided to move as an alternative was suggested by a staff member who said this would be handled at no additional cost due to the unsafe conditions at the Heathman Hotel. By this time the emergency lighting batteries were dead so there was no temporary light in the common areas. That arrangement never materialized so we found our own hotel room for one night. We came back to resume our nine nite stay after being notified the power had come back on and were told by the manager that we could resume our stay in the same room or a suite at no additional charge and our one night not able to stay there would be refunded. The refund was never processed and refunded. Not good customer service.

We visited the property during my home area power outage due to storm. Many areas around us were affected so we didn't get the full experiences at this hotel. We may visit again in the future when full capacity.

After storm, manager was amazing
This was after the power outage. Took a very long time to get into my room because they needed to be cleaned. The manager was amazing dealing with all of the guests who were upset.
