The manager was quite rude. The staff didn’t give clear information about charging extra nights nor explained that my deposit was going to be used. Stayed for 4 nights and asked to have our room cleaned and was told no. No one explained that the pool and spa were out is service for a day. We were also charged $406 over the actual amount and the receipt did not explain where our money went. The first receipt showed 2 withdraws and the only the hotel kept had shown 3 withdraws. So now we had to freeze our card and file a dispute with the bank and have to wait up to 90 days to know where our money went.

The property is clean and easy checking in. Tyler, at the front desk was very helpful when we check in and also update our room because my husband and I are celebrating our 28th years anniversary that day. I also join the Sonesta Club member with the help of Tyler. The room was clean and bathroom but the sink and bathtub are draining very slowly. We will definitely come back next time we visit Seattle. Thank you!

Nice quiet area. My first time visiting the Seattle area. Clean, very well kept hotel. The only thing was I did not see USB ports like other hotels have. Overall really enjoyed my stay and will be visiting again.

Good clean standard room for the lowest price available. Had a comfortable bed and other furnishings. Would stay there again anytime and hope to book again in November.
