I'm very disappointed with the hotel. The reviews are great, and I didn't even think that there would be anything I wouldn't like. In the end, I don't understand at all why this hotel is considered child-friendly (other than the large number of kids).
1. There is no elevator in the hotel. Every single day we had to carry the baby and the stroller up several flights of stairs, and no ramps at the restaurants.
3. The water in the children's pool is freezing! Much colder than in the adult pool. When we mentioned this at reception, they rolled their eyes and said it was impossible. Well, they should try it themselves, at the very least.
4. There's absolutely nothing to feed the kids. Most of the food is fried, or deep-fried. There's very little in terms of vegetables. I was especially shocked by the frozen strawberries (in the middle of summer in Spain).
5. You can’t have tea during lunch or dinner. The coffee machines and hot water are turned off. When we asked why, they said something like "it’s not allowed."
6. It's stated that the hotel has a gym and spa—that’s a lie. The gym is in the neighboring hotel, and you can go there if you ask reception for a pass. However, the spa in the same neighboring hotel is not included in your stay.
7. We got food poisoning at the main restaurant. My child was vomiting, and so were our friends. The staff once again rolled their eyes and said something like, "well, I guess someone else will get stuck tomorrow"
Overall, feels like 3-star hotel
