The home is very nice. Quiet street and close to the beach. The only disappointment was the hot tub. Which was part of why I rented. Wimpy jets.

Seaside Escape

The home is definitely older and in a residential neighborhood with older homes -- some fixed up and some not. The house has been split into two units, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each unit had a private entrance as well as common outdoor areas, which are nicely landscaped. We stayed in the lower unit. It was nicely decorated and had been upgraded. The kitchen had what looked like new appliances. The unit was clean and cozy with some good amenities. We were traveling with dogs, so we appreciated access to the enclosed front yard. The only issue we had was how noisy the footsteps were from the top unit. Whoever was in the unit our first night came in around 10 p.m. We listened to what almost sounded like stomping for the next 90 minutes or so that prevented us from sleeping. We were then woken up the next morning around 5:45 a.m. to the same loud footsteps. I'm sure the people weren't actually stomping but the floor must be "paper-thin for such noise.

Another great stay

The house was comfortable, clean and had all the necessities plus so much more. Location go the beach is awesome, just a quick 2 block walk to the sand grass dunes. The stretch of beach that far north is not as populated so its a great stretch to allow the dog to run. Distance to town is so fast and easy on the back roads walking or driving. We thur enjoyed our stay.

Cleaning person forgot to show to clean, owner refunded cleaning deposit, we loved the firepit, th clean hot tub1 the sofa was terrible!! we got every pillow around so we could stand to sit, Really needs to be replaced, the rest of our stay as great, beds were great!!

Thank you giving ua a niice welcome to Seaside Clean, refreshing decor. Organized nicely. Lovely backyard. Heater in bathroom had debris and was in questionable shape. Also"air filter" in bedroom had a really dusty fan. Couch in LR was not conformable, spring were very wore.

The villa was a perfect for a beach getaway. The property is a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit as well.

Seaside Spring 2023 stay

Fantastic home with very close proximity to the beach! The communication and check in process was seamless and all descriptions of the place were accurate. The fire pit added a nice touch on these chilly early spring nights, and the dog friendly yards were exactly what we needed for the pups. Overall great experience 5⭐️

Lovely Rental

We really enjoyed our stay here. The fenced front yard was perfect for the yappers. The walk to the beach was not insignificant, but it was great for getting the blood flowing and our bodies moving--one should only worry about it if one has physical challenges. The space was perfect for our family, though there is no washer and dryer--so beware using too many towels or getting too many clothes dirty/wet at the beach. Between a hot tub and the beach and having children & dogs, many towels tend to get used and, although we managed, I would have preferred several more beach-worthy/rag-like towels *or* a washer & dryer. Owners did a great job providing for guests--love that they had beach bags, dog "kits," and plenty of bathroom extras for all those little things one tends to forget on a trip. A quick recommendation for the owners, however: replace a few of the outlets with USB outlets--cords and plugs tend to be another of those items left behind and, these days, the number of electronics that require charging is astonishing. We definitely recommend this space and are likely to return. Thank you!
