Great room with a fireplace and kitchen. Would have enjoyed a bit of a upgrade with TVs that had apps like Netflix and night stands or lights with usb plugs for chargers etc. Also, the pool closes too early at 9p. Maybe they could do 15 years and older 9p-11p??

Absolutely stellar!!
We've stayed at just about every hotel in town and Riverside stands out as the best. The staff were wonderful, everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was too. The rooms are fantastic, clean, spacious, and have every amenity that a family would need (including in-room laundry!) The entire property is maintained meticulously! The pool and spa were crystal clear and perfect temperature! Dallas and the rest of the staff really pay attention to every detail. The atmosphere is something you'd expect from an expensive big city hotel. We won't stay anywhere else in Seaside from now on..!

Spent a week here while staying in Seaside. We stayed here back in 2018 and liked it and pleased to say the same again this time! Room was nice and had amenities in room for if we wanted to make meals rather than go out. Its a great distance to downtown as well as the beach, found everything within walking distance which was great! Very pleased and would happly stay again in future!
