Had a wonderful at seaside and staying at the Inn at the Prom. It worked great for our family plus dog. Beach, shops, the prom and food all within walking distance. Will stay again

We will not be back. The room itself was an excellent location but poorly maintained. When we arrived there was an overwhelming smell of animals. We had asked to be sure and get a room that did not have animals as my wife is allergic to dogs. The fireplace worked for the 1st evening but then stopped working and when we called to see if we could get it fixed we were told from the front desk clerk that he could not get a hold of the maintenance person. We stayed 3 nights and never did get it fixed.

This was a last moment booking, it was a decent room in a great location with a nice view. Its a little dated and we weren't able to get the fireplace to work, but it was an okay stay. Oh, hope you like your sleeping partner because you will be sleeping very close to one another in the middle of the bed.

The only thing I wasn’t used to, was the main office being closed until about 10. I usually like to get a simple free complementary coffee and sit at the beach early.
