Close to stores and restaurants but we were given a room on the ground floor next to the kitchen with balcony that was not swept. The door to the balcony has spider web. The room smells not fresh.

Lovely new hotel - the room was enormous!! Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Was a little disappointed in breakfast - some items were empty and breakfast staff scrolling on phone instead of replenishing. Pancake machine out of order. Wouldn’t stop me staying again if in the area. Walkable to beach and local shops/restaurants.

I really enjoyed the customer service provided by the staff. They were quick to resolve a plumbing issue and provide forgotten necessities of toothbrush, toothpaste, comb. They also helped me to get points for booking this hotel through expedia. The pool was heated and the hot tub and sauna were enjoyable too.

Everything was great, maybe the only downside was the tv was a little small, but hardly worth mentioning. Bathroom was good, shower pressure was great, comfy beds, nice balcony, good breakfast, and the pool, hot tub and sauna were great. Staff was very helpful and friendly too! Wish we'd stayed another night!
