Just steps (2 properties) to the beach access, this one level home is in quiet North Seaside and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus outdoor hot/cold shower on the back deck for surfers, kids, pets! The main house has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath, the private in-law apartment behind the garage has one bedroom and another bathroom. Enter the front door to the living room with leather furniture, large flat screen TV with basic cable, Blu-Ray DVD player, fully appointed kitchen including dishwasher, and dining area. Down the hall you will find two bedrooms with 2 twins each, the king bedroom and a full bathroom. Each bedroom has flat screen TV except yellow twin bedroom which has standard TV and DVD player. Off the dining area, pass through the door to the garage and you will find the 2nd private shower addition. Behind the garage you will find the in-law Apt. with a queen bed and 1/2 bath. The back yard is completely fenced with back deck, outdoor furniture and yes, hot/cold shower here too. Ping-Pong table in garage, FREE WIFI. Pet OK with permission and $75 pet fee. The pet fee will be added after the reservation has been confirmed and it has been determined that the pet is approved. Parking for 3 cars only.

Very nice sized facility. The beds were wonderful - just the right firmness. The only problem was the quantity of sand present inside the facility when we got there. We even vacuumed at least every 2nd day to try to keep it under reasonable control but I guess that is just what happens with a sand pit back yard. An outside gas BBQ would have been convenient.

I have stayed in this house with a few other couples and we enjoyed it. Very comfortable. But they need to replace two of their dining chairs. they were broken when I got there and my fingers got pinched when scooting them close to the table.also, there were leftover food items in the cupboards that should have been thrown out.

It was a nice stay.

There is a stale smell in the home and cob webs everywhere. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. For older people maybe change that’s its steps to the beach, it’s further than steps. We didn’t mind the walk for our stay. Thank you.

Perfect spot for pets.

There were four adults and one teenage girl. Also, we had three dogs. The backyard was fully fenced, a bit, Sandy, but OK there were more than enough beds, could’ve slept eight and there were only five of us. The only thing the House didn’t have was a cupcake tin, but other than that we found everything. We will be back for sure, as it is close enough to the beach for us old ladies to make it down there and back quite comfortably. Aaron, the after hours and weekend manager was awesome. Thanks again we really love the place.

Decent option for the price

Nice location and plenty of space for the seven of us. Kitchen was well stocked for preparing a variety of meals. The heating didn't work in the main bedroom, but only our first of three nights was cold enough to need it.

Not an accurate description

To get to the ocean from this place we had to walk about 1/4 mile. The listing said just steps away from the ocean. My mom just turned 70 and was not able to walk the 'just steps away' to the ocean. Was very disappointed. That was the whole reason we chose this one. We thought she would be able to walk to or at least SEE the ocean from the rental.

Great location, clean little place for holiday get together

It's a cute well appointed beach house for families with kids. We were a little concerned from reading previous reviews but rest assured there were no termites or ants in site despite this being the high season for ants in oregon. Every thing was clean, the little mother-in-law apartment on the back was great for the grandparents to sleep in when the kiddos woke up early to play games. Even had a shower stool for bathing and not many stairs. Perfect for mixed mobility large family get together. Thanks!

Great place

We love this place. It is the second time we have stayed here and would like stay here again. The middle bedroom has a light issue from a very bright security light from the next door neighbor. We tried to lower the blinds but they ar broke.

Good option for quick access to the beach.

The house was clean and had all the things that we needed. Good size for a few families to stay with quick beach access. A few issues is that there is no light in the backyard and it’s very dark. There’s also a gross smell when the wind changes. Besides that everything was great.

Great spot

We thoroughly enjoyed being so close to the beach, within walking distance to the park and promenade into Seaside. The house was perfect for our larger mixed family group, including an elder and a toddler. Previous reviews had me worried about the kitchen, however, I had no problems finding the cookware I needed.

Vacation at the beach

This is an older home but is quite spacious and comfortable. We were about 50 ft from the entrance to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to town...just a great place to stay with a family or group of friends!

The home was missing several essential items. A plug for the kitchen sink or at least a dish pan to hand wash items. Out door lights on each side of house not working. The front door was covered in dead insects and dirt. There is black mold in the windows and the French doors. The housekeeper needs a new job more suited to their capabilities. The living room furniture is like sitting on sticks. The ants were friendly and so were the termites. Loved the ping pong table and all the books. I won't be back.
