When we arrived, we settled , went to take a shower The water does not go down in tub while showering , the toilet was broken as well, I have videos of the place Can I send them, This place was TERRIBLE!

TV remote did not work.needed new batteries.No breakfast.Doors are locked.can not enter looby..Ice machine need to be cleaned.Bathroom was in good shape.equiped for seniors and handicap.
