Receptionists act bothered to attend to guests. Walls are paper thin & you can hear EVERYONE'S conversation in the other rooms and down the hallways. Breakfast spread and pancake machine is a joke.

We were in town for a one night stay. Check-in was super fast and easy, the room and facility in general were very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well, and the hotel was quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious. Maria checked us in and was very hospitable, she even returned the next morning to help the housekeeping staff!

The staff was amazing! She was helpful and allowed us to check in early. Great selection of breakfast items. Hotel was CLEAN which was MAJOR considering we had to cancel our booking at another hotel and book here because of the conditions. Expedia was also AMAZING to us and so helpful. The original hotel told us Expedia wouldn’t be willing to allow us to cancel and they were so wrong. Expedia went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. Even giving us a credit towards our next room. I can not say enough good things about Expedia and the Holiday Inn Express! Thank you!

The smell in the room is not very pleasant, heavy, but after turning on the air conditioner it changed. Breakfast was not bad, but the pancakes were cooked slowly and were very small
