When I asked the desk clerk where I could print off an airline boarding pass, she said " we don't have any computers".I know thats not true, and I do not understand why you don't offer that service, Every hotel I stay at offers its customers access to a computer and printer.

The stay was decent, the hotel staff were disconnected in my opinion. Very busy and noisy, I personally felt like I had to hurry and not enjoy my stay due to the many guests especially around the breakfast time. The pool lobby was very wet due to the many people coming out of the pool. Again not a horrendous stay decent. I will book Hampton again just not at this location again. Not the vibe or the relaxation I thought it would have staying here.
