Rooms and hotel good for the room price. Safe and quiet. Customer service excellent! Left my carry on bag in the parking lot and the desk clerk called me to inform me and kept it for me to drive back and pick up. She was exceptional!

Was a great stay. Only issue is that the guests above me were very loud and was not happy as I was looking for a relaxing night. However as soon as the staff was advised they would take care of it. Within an hour things did quiet down.

The experience began by finding an earwig in the pullout couch and a random dirty fork next to our bed. The bed was very uncomfortable. The blackout curtains provided little relieve to the light being cast on the hotel by their spotlights that illuminated the facility from the ground. I woke up at 3 am believing it was dawn from all of the light in the room. We will not stay here again. The staff we interacted with were polite and professional.
