Staff was very friendly. They did mention after we checked in that there was a train that passed by and May jar the hotel room which it did all night long. Coffee in lobby was ice cold. Room was nice and clean but noises from the train.

Excellent space in these recently renovated and well thought out rooms. Very comfortable beds and we slept well. Staff were great and friendly, helpful and made to feel welcome. You are warned about the train track behind the hotel, you will hear and feel the freight trains! We counted 4 in an hour at one point and depends on the driver sounding the loud horn. We saw the funny side to it but still managed a great nights sleep as beside the train it’s very peaceful. We recommend this hotel and would stay here again as the location from interstate is good and gas station on the driveway. Give it a try.

Pretty nice place to stay. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THE TRAIN TRACKS THAT RUN RIGHT *NEXT* TO THE HOTEL. The train comes by at all hours of the night. The 3rd floor that i was on literally swayed when the train passed by. I felt like I was in the 'I Love Lucy' episode that's so famous.

Trains, choppers, & a cool bathroom feature!
First of all…. Let’s address the train in the room. Upon entering the hotel the very friendly staff will check you in and casually mention there’s a train “close by” and you “may” hear it or experience vibrations. Listen everyone. I was homeless for 2 years and lived in the NYC underground system and I wasn’t disturbed by trains as much as I was in this hotel room. It felt like we were staying IN The Polar Express. Moving on let’s discuss the fire system. You know how you’re always wishing that someone would do some flash photography of you in the middle of the night when you’re dead asleep??? Well I have GREAT news for you…. The fire system flashes sporadically within every hour and half! Just closing your eyes? FLASH!!! Just hitting REM sleep?! SAY CHEESE MOTHEF…..!!!! Have a baby in the room? They’ll love this feature. Did you say HELICOPTERS?!? If you want to relive the 2001 war film Black Hawk Down this is the hotel for you. Just walk in your room and flip on the AC. It’ll sound like a HH-60 is hovering over you at 30’ through the night. Drift into a deep sleep (until the aforementioned flashes start of course) with the humming of the American military industrial complex inches away from your face. And now the crown jewel of the room. The bathroom. Have you ever wanted your entire family to watch you shower or poop??? More. Great. News. This room features a glass door that gives the entire room a silhouette of what you’re doing in there!

Everything was really good, however, they don’t make your bed everyday or wipe the bathroom down, That really bothers me. Plus, you have to request new towels or they won’t bring them to your room. When they do bring them they just flop them on your unmade bed. They said this new procedure started during Covid and they just continued with it. Covid is over, let’s get back to the way we use to live. I have stayed at several other hotel chains (Hyatt, Hiltons, Omni) and they all offer daily housekeeping. This particular hotel is comparable to other hotels that offer daily housekeeping in the same price range. Daily housekeeping is important to me, but if it’s not to you than this hotel will be fine.
