Welcome to your Midtown Vernon River home, just minutes from downtown Savannah! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat sleeps up to 12 and features access to a community boat ramp and dock. The large fenced yard is ideal for kids and pets, while the ping pong table ensures fun even on rainy days. With close proximity to downtown, you'll discover plenty to explore. The Space:
Upon opening the emerald green door, you will find yourself in the cozy living space, complete with a 50" TV with Roku, and a sleeper sofas! To the left you will find the dining room with space for 6. Beyond that is the rec room with a ping pong table for all your best family competitions! There is a door to the backyard here, where you will find ample fenced-in space, and a charcoal grill. Back inside, on the other side of the dining room is the recently updated kitchen, which will be supplied with dishes, utensils, and all your basic cooking necessities. Exiting the dining room you will find a workspace with desk and chair, and then the hallway leading to the bedrooms. The main room has a king sized bed, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom contains 2 full bunk beds, with a full bathroom with a shower across the hall, to be shared with the other bedroom, which contains two queen beds! Sofas in the living room pull out to queen beds.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. Guest will have full and private access to the entire home and yard.
The Neighborhood:
We are located in Midtown near Vernon River. It's the perfect location for enjoying Savannah's extensive outdoor culture with the convenience of being in town. Located in desirable Halcyon Bluff Subdivision, which is minutes to downtown Savannah, parks, restaurants, shopping and hospitals. Quick access to Harry Truman Parkway makes it less than 30 minutes to Tybee Island!
Getting Around:
We are in a residential neighborhood however Lyft and Uber are available if needed.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
