My only complaint was that there was very little liquid shower soap in the container. It was less than ideal to have to finish my shower using shampoo. All bottles should be filled/refilled after each patron stay.

The appearance of the property from the outside exudes excellence. But once I entered the room it didn’t live up to my expectations. The carpeting throughout the facility and the rooms is old, faded, and need to be changed out. The standard room with two queen beds that I stayed in carpeting was awful. The chair to the desk which is located directly in front of the tv leaving no room to maneuver around was badly stained. My daughters and I had to put a towel over it just to sit. The stand alone chair was stained as well. The gym was nice clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive.

LOUD with Constance banging and noise

Not so good and I’m going to ask for a refund. NOISE up above us and NOW jumping and running and a LOT of loud thumping. We had a 15 hour drive and needed sleep. No soundproof room. And our room was ground level with TRAFFIC driving by and people walking past our window. We were unpacked and showered and we’re not about to ask for another room at a late hour. Terrible sleep for our family.
