Our family stayed for two nights after we lost power at our house due to Hurricane Helene. The suite lay-out was perfect, allowing my husband and I to work without falling over each other (and our dog enjoyed looking out the window at passersby.) Good air-conditioning (which we desperately needed), nice amenities such as coffee available all day and evening wine and snacks. Housekeeping staff was friendly and personable. We really needed a second home for a few nights and this hotel was perfect. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting from now on.

Need friendly staff!!!

All was ok, dont like that a customer had her dog around the happy hour food & on sunday they lady making the omelets was amazing, i think she could of used some help because the containers was all put of bacon, eggs etc...& i told the lady cleaning around the coffee area & she was so rude & told me to tell the lady cooking & i told her she was busy & she just walked away from me. She wasn't friendly at all!!!!!

Second time staying here. Nice enough though the room seemed a little "tired." Traveling with my dog, so maybe they assign the not-so-great rooms to those traveling with pets. Elevator shaft noise through the wall every time one or the other was going up or down. Will probably check out another option when I'm stopping over in the area next time.

Bathroom was dirty and the ac didn’t work in the bedroom. Did not receive the snacks and drinks we paid for. We only stayed overnight for 6 hours. For the price we paid we were a little disappointed. We only stay at embassy suites when we are traveling. This was the first time having a negative experience.

The breakfast was TERRIBLE!!.. It was old , burnt and untasty. I have stayed in plenty locations and this is by far the worst breakfast i have had in a Embassy...my room door didnt close secure unless we slammed it and the key thing hardly worked had to repeat process several times and with a husband being 6'3" the toliet was way too low.

Last Minute Stay

The first impression was the couch was dragged from goodwill. This did it for me. The room on the internet looked great! The lobby is great, but smells even though it is very clean and looks amazing. There was no shuttle after 8pm as it was advertised, airport shuttle. The receptionist for check-out and check-in is the shuttle driver as well. So I'm assuming there is no shuttle driver after 4pm. Breakfast was sparse. There was no cook to cook omelets. No food in the vendor pantry, they didn't have half the things on their list. It said they had ice cream! Ha! Ha! No freezer. The night clerk was rude, asked if there was any place to get food after 8pm she said No. You can drive to Cheddars. I told her I didn't have a car, my flight had been cancelled. I do not recommend this Embassy Suites. It is definitely up to Embassy Suite Standards.

Beautiful property in a convenient location for us. Our room and hallways could use updating. It was clean and the staff was very good and friendly. The restaurant was closed on a Friday night which was unfortunate.
