2024 vacation stay

The water level in the toilet was so high you had to take caution to getting your lower anatomy and hand wet. The bed was not comfortable. Husband had to go to front desk twice for coffee to go in coffe maker and he was treated like an inconvenience. Bring your own toilet paper unless you like yours thin.

This is an old Day's Inn, but it is kept in decent condition. Our room was fine and if I had anything to complain about it would be the inability to close the bathroom door without making a lot of noise!

The room smelled of dog urine that did not get better with "airing" out. There was a large collection of possibly (hopefully) food on the wall near the floor, to the left of the mirror/under the sink. As soon as someone in a nearby unit began smoking it was a if we were sitting in the same room as them.

Not up to standard

Even though we were in a handicap accessible room the bed was extremely high which made it difficult to get into, the tub was difficult to enter but did have grab rails. We were there for two nights and on the second morning the bed was just thrown up, not re-made, and they did not replace the coffee pods for the second morning. Just a little disappointing for the price.

We enjoyed sitting on the property while enjoying the breeze. what we least liked was the continential breakfast set-up. It could use hot foods like pancakes or waffles as well as eggs and toast.

Good for those passing through.

We chose this because it was close to Shiloh National Military Park, and it had good reviews. The rooms were clean and seemed updated and the one person staff was friendly.
