It was winter and I was craving a bathtub so we were in a room where the spa building is. I think we were the only people in that building, but the heat, kitchenette and bathtub were all great.

Good place to stay. Restaurant next door, Stewarts shop very close, Right off exit 13 of the northway. Be advised ! they will hand you a small bag of ice, it's not self serve like most hotels.

We stay at this property 1-2 times a year. The rooms are always very clean. We love the deep soaking spa tub the room comes with and the mattress is so comfortable we sleep very soundly. Enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool and a soak in the hot tub this time. Looking forward to our next visit!

I didn’t mind that it was antiquated but there was a lot of ice in the parking lot. The hot tub jets didn’t work and we called from the pool area phone that didn’t hear us so thank goodness it wasn’t an emergency unsafe

The Roosevelt rooms are clean but the rooms are run down, smell moldy and need to be updated. The location has no walkable access to restraunts or bars. I will stay in Saratoga proper next time

Though we clearly listed 1 adult, 3 children on the reservation and received a rate based on those numbers, the hotel charged an additional fee for 3rd child. Desk attendant said fees were based on 2 adults, 2 children. This makes no sense at all.
