Great view, but old run down a bit
The ocean view is awesome. However the rental has issues: internet service sparse, tv is not HD and hard to pick up channels. The front desk lady was nice but of no help with the tv. Rust in bathtub. One tubs drain doesn’t work. Missing knob on closet door (sloppy care). Love to go back to the area but will pick another place.

Great water front condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo has a beautiful view on the beach. We loved watching the birds and dolphins swim by. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely return if we are back in the area.

Beachside Paradise
Me, my wife, my brother, his wife, and our two kids between us stayed here for just a couple of days, but it was fantastic. Lovely view right on the beach with both a huge window and a nice little balcony, a cozy pool and deck, and a room with plenty of space for the six of us. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were adequate, and the kitchen had everything we needed despite the small size. The provided WiFi was not great, but who needs streaming video when you can hear the ocean from the balcony? My brother and I would both stay here again if the situation presented itself.

Great location but not worth the money
The pictures online were very deceiving . The property could have definitely been a lot cleaner. The floors were dirty upon arrival and the blankets on the bed where my children slept were soiled. The living room couches were worn out. The noise level from the other guests was beyond annoying. It felt like they were in the room with you. I believe I read that someone would come in to clean up and that never happened. We never saw anyone to get new blankets or towels so that was definitely frustrating. The only good part was the location because it was close to our family who lives there. I can honestly say that my time at this property was not relaxing or enjoyable at all.

Loved how easy it was too access the beach. Spent the mornings on the beach and then returned for the sunsets. Keene was decently stocked to cook some basic things. Publix is less than 3 mins away so easy to stock up on supplies. Only complaint was the cleanliness - could be better. Dusty and random strands of blonde hair on pieces of furniture or on the bathroom. I would go back for the location!

A Special Phone Call Can Make All the Difference
Three Hours before we were slated to check in I received a call on my cell phone that our unit was clean and if we desired to, we could check in. This call really impressed me. I have traveled a lot and this was the first time I had ever received a call to let me know I could check in early.

You need to insulate and drywall the door opening between the Master Bedroom and the unit next door. The sound transmission is terrible. We thought the people next door were in our bedroom.

The property was very intimate with a close proximity to the ocean.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very relaxing vacation. The location was very close to a public grocery store and cvs so it allowed us to have most of our meals in to avoid the cost and traffic getting to other locations.
