Hurricane Milton
This day was fantastic in a very difficult situation due to evacuation of Hurricane Milton I was evacuated twice once for the initial storm and then secondly due to the mobile home park I live in evacuated us again due to no water or electric they were a lifesaver they gave me at least one day Of a cool place that electricity and water very clean everyone extremely nice and helpful it helps with all the stress thank you

Staff and manager were not helpful. I had a reservation confirmed over the phone for 10/16, but when I got there, someone was already in the room. Front desk kept asking who I talked to on the phone. I didn't get a name because I've been working 16 hour days for 10 straight days for Florida Power and Light. The staff's only response was they didn't have any rooms. I DO NO RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY

Not So Great Experience
The front desk staff were not friendly. They did not explain anything (breakfast, pool, etc.) until I asked. The entire building needs an upgrade. It wasnt as clean as other Holiday Inn Express locations I've stayed at. There was hair on the biscuits at breakfast. The hotel staff i notified pretended not to speak English. I am a fan of the Holiday Inn Express brand but will not stay at this location again.
