The room smelled at cigarettes smoke even though it was suppose to be a non smoking room, but the rest was overall good. Front desk lady at night was polite and friendly.

The place was disgusting. There was roaches everywhere. The walls were stained. The people put us in a room with other people with horrible service.

It's simply an old wore out hotel. Toilet ran all night, as the flapper valve was broken. The sink was clogged and would not drain. The faucet was loose. The AC blew cold, but was very very noisy. It was clean. But there is no maintenance being done.

Cheap and awful

The staff was wonderful, but the room was not what I expected from a Wyndham affiliate. It was not well kept, and the bed had stains on the blanket, roaches, and there were holes in the walls. No water pressure for the shower, the sink kept backing up and the room was hot because you couldn't drop the AC below 73 because the coils would freeze up. WHATTT?? My husband asked me why I booked this one. I was trying to get something last minute and save money due to an upcoming trip next week at a hotel that is well worth the money. I didn't check reviews and typically I do. Never again would I book this hotel. The ladies at the front desk were great, but the overall experience wasn't worth it.

The room was a non smoking room and all you smelled in the room was cigarette and it has mold in the bathroom and needs to be renovated.

Total garbage

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, crawling with bugs and half of the room was broken. The pool was green with trash floating in it and they made a copy of my credit card. When I asked for the copy back at check out, the lady behind the counter was rude and even called me a prick.
