I went to Expedia and I got the room for one day and instead of putting the right date I put 12/10-12/11 I put the wrong dates in so I had to change them.to 12/9-12/10 then the Sandman asked me for a $200 deposit who are these people I had gift cards prepaid cards. They wouldn’t take them so we never went into the room. I don’t want my money back.

The few staff that they have are very helpful very hospitable their room appliances are often broken and their sales team is unreachable I work for a corporation and I wanted to try to arrange corporate rates but I cannot get in touch with anyone from sales after several attempts so management should look into that they may be missing out on a big opportunity with a major corporation
