Small yet sophisticated, the community offers upscale dining and shopping, as well as laid back gulf seafood and Mexican fare. One of the best (and booziest) ways to explore the area is on an Emerald Coast Pedal Tour. For families, we suggest a day playing in the warm waters of Santa Rosa Beach and biking along the Timpoochee trail. Once the sun sets, the town comes alive with live music, outdoor restaurants and bars.

- Pool and Spa heat is available for an additional fee, but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Pool heating will be available from November 1 - March 31. It is not available for the summer months (April 1 - October 31).
- The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time.
- The elevator is not for guest use.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet..
- Please be aware that this home has a ring camera set up.
- The maximum number of vehicles that can park on-site: 4

Parking Details:
- Parking in the driveway is available.
- A maximum of 4 vehicles can park onsite.
- On-street parking is prohibited. Please limit all parking of vehicles, trailers, RVs, etc to the space available on the property.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
