Where do I start? 1. Rooms have no sound insulation. You hear every word from people in room next door, above or from people sitting on their balconies or walking the halway-and I mean every word. Have not experienced anything like it in well over 30 years of traveling. Took videos of noise kevel at 5:30 am. 2. No charm. The main bar is fully enclosed-- in the Keys!!!. Everything is very dated 3. This seems completely overpriced . At that price level, I have experienced much better in the Key's

great place to stay in Key Largo!
we had a great time, and this seemed to be easily one of the nicest places in the area.. resort has everything you might need. We saw plenty of families of all kinds, too. We took the boat tour and rented wave runners, both were great. Our room view was fantastic.

Resort is great but the mattress is painful!
The resort is lovely and room was very nice. It seems like they are transitioning so there are things in the room that are old but other amenities that look updated. For example, bathroom shower doors look from the eighties but the floor and shower tiles have been updated. The room we had a running toilet so the door needed to be closed so that we could sleep. The main door to the room would stick since it looked like they painted over the paint but never stripped the old paint prior to repainting it. Opening the door took a bit of man power to get in and out of the room. The biggest disappointment was the bed mattress. It was either old or they purchased an extra extra soft mattress. It was like sleeping in a hole. It was so bad I left the place with a sore back and stiff neck. Nonetheless, the place had a great view, two restaurants, and felt clean (for the most part). Staff was great and helpful. Not sure if I’d go back again because of the bed but if that was addressed, I would definitely consider it again.

We liked the pool and beach areas. We were told about happy hour at Breezers that was not open which was disappointing. A concierge service would be helpful for more information about things to do on the property and places to go eat since our only option was the Flippers Pool which was had lunch.

Wonderful staff! Each and every person we encountered from the front desk to the pool bar, restaurant to housekeeping were extremely welcoming, helpful and considerate. Despite having issues with our toilet not flushing, no toiletries in the room upon arrival, they took care of it immediately. The property is beautiful with a nice pool, private beaches and lounging areas. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

We spent one lovely day there to escape Hurricane Milton from our home town of Fort Myers. It was a 3 hr drive but worth it. We have driven past the resort many times going to/from the Keys. We chose the resort because we wanted a two bedroom suite since my wife's mother was staying with us this fall and near the top of the keys in Kay Largo. The resort is super convenient right at the top of the keys and faces the Bay Side. We were on the 3rd floor facing the pool and bay. Room was super clean, front desk people were super friendly, parking was very easy right under the hotel (in the keys you never have rooms on the ground floor due to flooding). We ate lunch at the restaurant which was great - service was great and we had room service next morning which was very fast, food was great. The pool is beautiful, pool side bar was great - I'm a world traveler on business and this is a great Resort. Not small and not too big and the cleanliess, location and staff make all the difference. Highly recommended.

Very nice facility with a fun easy and safe swimming sand beach. Very nice expansive beach area for relaxing, very well appointed with an abundance of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Beautiful swimming pool and hot tub, with pool side bar. We had a fabulous oceanfront room with amazing views. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and recommend this hotel to our friends. Great for families and couples alike.

The pool, beach area and Tiki bar areas are excellent! The staff was friendly and attentive. The room we stayed in needed some off-season maintenance, but it was also a spacious room. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
